Back Roads Pork Sausage

IT'S HERE Y'ALL!!!! The long awaited pork sausage using our original family recipe that came over on the boat when our family immigrated from Germany!! This history and heritage in this recipe runs DEEP and I am SO HAPPY to finally be able to share it with all of YOU!! 

This is the same all natural bulk sausage recipe we use when we butcher our own hogs. Good clean ingredients to bring FLAVOR and nothing else. We hope you love it as much as we do!

The sausage is ground in one lb tubes. We use this in EVERYTHING! Our favorite way is to just make little patties and fry them up for breakfast but we also use it spaghetti, pizza, soups, casseroles, breakfast burritos, the list goes on!
